We declare that the information we have provided in this form is true and correct. Educacion Akua SL reserves the right of admission of the place that we enroll.
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that your data and that of your child included in the registration form will be processed by Colegio Akua. These data will be used to carry out the school activity and administrative management. We will also use them to send you various communications on educational or extracurricular topics, and to contact you or your child. They will not be used for any other purpose or communicated to third parties unless necessary to provide a service or by legal imperative. The refusal to authorize the consent to the treatment of the data provided in the pre-registration and registration form will result in the impossibility of being able to attend our center. At the same time, we also inform you that the health data that you communicate to us will only be transmitted to the necessary personnel and will be treated and guarded with all the appropriate technical and organizational measures for your security as ordered by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantees. Having read the previous text, I GIVE THE CONSENT to the treatment of my data and those of my son/daughter for the purposes described.
In accordance with the personal data protection regulations (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation, we inform you: That the data will be kept throughout the school life of your child and that the academic record will be kept afterwards by legal imperative. In case you wish to access, rectify, cancel, limit or oppose the processing of your personal data or if you wish to exercise the right to the portability of your data, you only have to contact the Data Protection Delegate by sending an email to: coordinacion@fundacionakua.org, indicating the right you wish to exercise while properly identifying yourself. We also inform you that you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the Catalan Data Protection Authority if you do not see your rights given or if you consider that your rights have been violated, although we ask that you first contact us to resolve any type of problem.
REGISTRATION TO THE SCHOOL DINING SERVICE 2024/2025
NOTE:
• Please attach medical documentation, if necessary
• The days of use of the dining room services are from Monday to Friday
• Reminder that the cost is €135 per month included in the value of the fee

The reception service has a cost of € 15 / month per student.

REGISTRATION TO THE AKUA BUS SERVICE 2024/2025
The bus service is from Monday to Friday and has a cost of € 150 / month per student. Akua will confirm if it is possible to offer a stop near your residence.
Currently the stops are Diagonal Mar, Pallars-Bilbao (Poblenou) and Drassanes and Arc de Triomf, Diagonal / Balmes, Francesc Macià, Sant Just Desvern.
REGISTRATION (for incoming families)
Amount of 3,245 euros for registration formalization and will not be refundable. This amount is only per family. Account number to make the payment: Banco Sabadell, Owner: Educació Akua SL, IBAN ES43 0081 0156 2800 0161 4362, concept: enrollment + name of the children.
The payment of the fees will be made by direct debit. You can choose to make the payment in a single payment or in installments, as indicated below. To take advantage of any of the payment methods, you must present, at the time of the enrollment application, a direct debit authorization receipt according to the established SEPA model provided by the Center. Monthly fees and complementary services will be charged from the 1st of each month and the return of a direct debit receipt implies an additional cost per operation of € 20. These fees are equivalent to the schedule from 9am to 3.30pm.

COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES
The following services will be paid with the monthly fee and have the following cost:

The values will be updated according to the annual CPI.
